It is traditionally used for digestive disorders, poor appetite, poor digestion and absorption, bloated after meals, loose bowel movements or diarrhoea, pale complexion, chronic fatigue, chronic gastritis, chronic recurrent irritable bowel syndrome, chronic ulcerative colitis, low immunity disorders.

Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Root Wood)
Dang Shen (Codonopsis Pilosula Root)
Yi Yi Ren (Coix Lachryma-Jobi Seed)
Shan Yao (Dioscorea Oppositifolia Root)
Bai Bian Dou (Dolichos Lablab Seed)
Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root)
Lian Zi (Nelumbo Nucifera Seed)

Adult and children 12 years and over:
Take 8 pills 3 times daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour away from meals with about 150 ml of warm water.
