Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Root Wood)
Chai Hu (Bupleurum Falcatum Root)
Zhi Zi (Gardenia Jasminoides Fruit)
Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root)
Bo He (Mentha Haplocalyx Leaf)
Bai Shao (Paeonia Lactiflora Root and Rhizome)
Mu Dan Pi (Paeonia Suffruticosa Root and Rhizome)
Fu Ling (Wolfiporia Cocos Root)

Adult and children 12 years and over:
Take 8 pills 3 times daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour away from meals with about 150 ml of warm water.
