(定喘丸) This formula is clinically indicated to release lung qi, expel phlegm, stop cough and relieve asthma. It is traditionally used for symptoms of coughing, asthma, especially those with product cough and yellow sputum, shortness of breath, wheezing.

Jie Geng (Platycodon Grandiflorus Root and Rhizome)
Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root)
Bai Guo (Ginkgo Biloba Fruit)
Sang Bai Pi (Morus Alba Root Rhizome Bark)
Su Zi (Perilla Frutescens Seed)
Zi Wan (Aster Tataricus Root)
Bai Bu (Stemona Sessilifolia Root)
Gua Lou (Trichosanthes Kirilowii Fruit)
Huang Qin (Scutellaria Baicalensis Root)
Ban Xia (Pinellia Ternata Root)
Adult and children 12 years and over:
Take 8 pills 3 times daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour away from meals with about 150 ml of warm water.
