(柴胡舒肝丸) This formula spread the Liver Qi. Traditionally it is used for conditions of stress and anxiety, depression, irritability, restlessness, easy to anger/ short tempers. Symptoms can also manifest as discomfort in the chest, pain on the side of the ribs, headaches, poor digestion etc.
For better efficacy combine with Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Wan for irritable bowl syndrome.

Xiang Fu (Cyperus Rotundus Root)
Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root)
Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum Striatum Root)
Bai Shao (Paeonia Lactiflora Root and Rhizome)
Adult and children 12 years and over:
Take 8 pills 3 times daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour away from meals with about 150 ml of warm water.
