Kun Bao Wan (Ligustrum and Curcurma formula) 坤宝丸

Traditionally used for menopausal symptoms such as irregular menstruation, hot flush, irritability, restlessness, depression, insomnia, stress, anxiety, mental and emotional disorders, dry mouth, tinnitus and muscle and joint pains.

Ingredients:

• Ju Hua (Chrysanthemum sinense Flower)
• Xian Mao (Curculigo Orchioides Root)
• Han Lian Cao (clipta prostrata Whole plant)
• Zhi Zi (Gardenia Jasminoides Fruit)
• Nu Zhen Zi (Ligustrum lucidum Fruit)
• Sang Shen (Morus Alba Fruit)
• Bai Shao (Paeonia Lactiflora Root and Rhizome)
• Sheng Di (Rehmannia Glutinosa Root)
• Dan Shen (Salvia Miltiorrhiza Root and Rhizome)
• Xuan Shen (Scrophularia Ningpoensis Root)
• Huang Qin (Scutellaria Baicalensis Root)
• Ji Xue Teng (Spatholobus Suberectus Stem)
• Suan Zao Ren (Ziziphus Jujuba var. Spinose Seed)

Adult and children 12 years and over:

Take 8 pills 3 times daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour away from meals with about 150 ml of warm water.
