Traditionally used for lower back pain, dizziness, tinnitus, nocturnal emission, infertility, gynaecological disorders, chronic fatigue

Ingredients:

• Niu Xi (Achyranthes Bidentate Root)
• Shan Zhu Yu (Cornus Officinalis Fruit)
• Tu Si Zi (Cuscuta Hygrophilae Seed)
• Shan Yao (Dioscorea Oppositifolia Root)
• Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root)
• Gou Qi Zi (Lycium Barbarum Fruit)
• Sheng Di (Rehmannia Glutinosa Root)

Adult and children 12 years and over:

Take 8 pills 3 times daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour away from meals with about 150 ml of warm water.
