Zhi Sou San (Platycodon and Stemona formula) 止嗽散

Traditionally used for chronic coughing/ bronchitis, itching in the throat, shortness of breath, wheezing, asthma. It is a formula designed to release the Lung Qi, expel phlegm and to stop coughing.

Ingredients:

• Jie Geng (Platycodon Grandiflorus Root)
• Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root)
• Qian Hu (Peucedanum Praeruptorum Root)
• Jing Jie (Schizonepeta Tenuifolia Stem)
• Chen Pi (Citrus Reticulata Fruit peel)
• Zi Wan (Aster Tataricus Root)
• Bai Bu (Stemona Sessilifolia Rhizome)
• Gua Lou (Trichosanthes Kirilowii Fruit)
• Pi Pa Ye (Eriobtrya Japonica Leaf)

Adult and children 12 years and over:

Take 8 pills 3 times daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour away from meals with about 150 ml of warm water.
