Xue Fu Zhu Yu Tang (Angelica and Sanchi Combination) 血府逐瘀汤

This formula promotes circulations, remove blood stasis, spreads qi and relieves pain. It is traditionally used for dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, amenorrhoea, chronic pelvic pain, pain or discomfort due to poor circulation, chest discomfort, headaches, falls, sport injuries, muscular sprain, chronic lower back pain.

Ingredients:

• Niu Xi (Achyranthes Bidentate Root)
• Dang Gui (Angelica Polymorpha Root)
• Chai Hu (Bupleurum Falcatum Root)
• Zhi Ke (Citrus Aurantium Fruit Peel)
• Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root)
• Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum Striatum Root)
• Chi Shao (Paeonia Obovata Root Bark)
• Tian Qi (Panax Notoginseng Root)
• Jie Geng (Platycodon Grandiflorus Root)
• Sheng Di (Rehmannia Glutinosa Root)

Adult and children 12 years and over:

Take 8 pills 3 times daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour away from meals with about 150 ml of warm water.
