Xiao Qing Long Wan (Minor Blue Dragon Formula) 小青龙汤

Traditionally used for common cold and flu symptoms, fever and chills, wheezing, coughing, running nose with white discharges, general body aches, puffy skin or oedema, allergic conditions such as hay fever, asthma, urticaria. It is clinically indicated to Expel wind cold, release the exterior and eliminate damp, disperse lung qi and relieve asthma and cough.

Ingredients:

• Huo Xiang (Agastache Rugosa Stem)
• Gui Zhi (Cinnamomum Cassia Twig)
• Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root)
• Bai Shao (Paeonia Lactiflora Root and Rhizome)
• Zi Su Ye (Perilla Frutescens Leaf)
• Ban Xia (Pinellia Ternata Root)
• Jie Geng (Platycodon Grandiflorus Root and Rhizome)
• Wu Wei Zi (Schisandra Chinensis Fruit)
• Jing Jie (Schizonepeta Tenuifolia Flower Stalk)
• Fu Ling (Wolfiporia Cocos Root)
• Sheng Jiang (Zingiber Officinale Root)

Adult and children 12 years and over:

Take 8 pills 3 times daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour away from meals with about 150 ml of warm water.
