This formula is traditionally used for digestive disorders such as food stagnation manifesting as poor appetite, bloated after meals, loose stools or diarrhoea, gastritis, colitis, IBS, or general dysfunction of the digestive system.
Ingredients:
- Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala)
- Zhi Ke (Citrus Aurantium)
- Sha Ren (Amomum Villsum)
- Cao Dou Kou (Alpinia Hainanensis)
- Chen Pi (Citrus Reticulata)
- Ban Xia (Pinellia Ternata)
- Fu Ling (Wolfiporia Cocos)
- Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis)
- Hou Po (Magnolia Officinalis)
- Zi Su Ye (Perilla Frutescens)
- Shan Zha (Crataegus Cuneata)
- Lian Qiao (Forsythia Suspensa)
- Huo Xiang (Agastache Rugosa)
Adult and children 12 years and over:
Take 8 pills 3 times daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour away from meals with about 150 ml of warm water.
