Xiao Feng San (Danggui and Arctium Formula) 消风散

Traditionally used for skin rashes, urticaria (Hives), measles, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, hay fever, itchiness, headaches or any skin disorders with itchiness. It is a formula clinically indicated to expel wind and relieve itchiness.

Ingredients:

• Sheng Di (Rehmannia Glutinosa Root)
• Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root)
• Chi Shao (Paeonia Obovata Root and Rhizome)
• Jing Jie (Schizonepeta Tenuifolia Flower Stalk)
• Fang Feng (Ledebouriella Seseloides Rhizome)
• Zhi Mu (Anemarrhena Asphodeloides Root)
• Dang Gui (Angelica Polymorpha Root)
• Bai Xian Pi (Dictamnus Desycarpus Root Bark)
• Jin Yin Hua (Lonicera Japonica Flower)
• Tu Fu Ling (Smilax Glabra Root Wood)
• Huang Qin (Scutellaria Baicalensis Root)
• Bo He (Mentha Haplocalyx Leaf)

Adult and children 12 years and over:

Take 8 pills 3 times daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour away from meals with about 150 ml of warm water.
