Shi Xiao San 失笑散

Promotes circulation, remove blood stasis, spread qi and blood stagnation. It is traditionally used for dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, infertility due to stasis, headache, chronic migraine, chest discomfort or pain, coronary heart diseases, chronic pelvic inflammation, pain or discomfort due to poor circulation.

Ingredients:

• Dan Shen (Salvia Miltiorrhiza Root)
• Pu Huang (Typha Angustifolia Pollen)
• E Zhu (Curcuma Zedoaria Root)
• Zhi Ke (Citrus Aurantium Fruit Peel)
• Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root)

Adult and children 12 years and over:

Take 8 pills 3 times daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour away from meals with about 150 ml of warm water.
