Run Chang Wan (Linum and Rhubarb Formula) 润肠丸

This formula lubricates the intestines and promote bowel movements. It is traditionally used for chronic and acute constipation, food stagnation, bloating after meals, abdominal pain and discomfort.

Ingredients:

• Dang Gui (Angelica Polymorpha Root)
• Zi Wan (Aster Tataricus Root)
• Zhi Ke (Citrus Aurantium Fruit Peel)
• Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root)
• Hou Po (Magnolia Officinalis Rhizome Bark)
• Sheng Di (Rehmannia Glutinosa Root)
• Da Huang (Rheum Palmatum Root)
• Huang Qin (Scutellaria Baicalensis Root)
• Gua Lou (Trichosanthes Kirilowii Fruit)

Adult and children 12 years and over:

Take 8 pills 3 times daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour away from meals with about 150 ml of warm water.
