Dang Gui Shao Yao San (Danggui & Peony Formula) 当归芍药散

Ideal for nourishing the blood, regulate menstruation, relieve spasm and pain. This formula is traditionally used for irregular menstruation (early, late, scanty, heavy etc.), symptoms of breast distension, PMS, oedema etc.

Ingredients:

• Bai Shao (Paeonia Lactiflora Root and Rhizome)
• Fu Ling (Poria Cocos Root)
• Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Root and Rhizome)
• Ze Xie (Alisma Plantago aquatica Root and Rhizome)
• Dang Gui (Angelica Polymorpha Root)
• Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum Wallichii Root)
• Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root)

Adult and children 12 years and over:

Take 8 pills 3 times daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour away from meals with about 150 ml of warm water.
