Wu Ling San (Hoelen Five Formula) 五苓散

Traditionally used for puffy skin/ swelling in the body, oedema, difficulty urination, diarrhoea, prostatitis, nephritis, urinary tract infection

Combine with Jia Wei Xiao Yao San for puffy skin and breast distension before period.

Ingredients:

• Gui Zhi (Cinnamomum Cassia Twig)
• Fu Ling (Poria Cocos Root)
• Ze Xie (Alisma Plantago Aquatica Root and Rhizome)
• Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Root Wood)
• Zhu Ling (Polyporus Umbellatus Root Wood)
• Dan Zhu Ye (Phyllostachys Nigra Leaf)
• Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root)

Adult and children 12 years and over:

Take 8 pills 3 times daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour away from meals with about 150 ml of warm water.
